I miss that warmest, brightest smile,
The way you stayed and talked awhile.

I miss your gaze and sweet caress,
I miss your love, you know i guess.

I miss the way you held me tight,
And kept me safe throughout the night.

I miss you most when i'm alone,
And night gives day another home.

I miss you when you're not around,
I miss you when there's not a sound

I miss our time no longer spent,
I miss your presence, heaven sent.

For all that i could ever be,
Seems pointless now you're not with me.

I miss you so a love so rare,
I miss the way you used to care.

But most I miss your company
Our time together... you and me
