The Silver Lake
The flicker of diamonds upon the silver lake
Caused Cassandra the mermaid to slowly wake
Swimming now to the surface above
Arose the beautiful fin tailed goddess of love
Once through the waters surface into the air
The sun streamed rays of light over her long golden hair
Strands that fell to the water below
Did not lose as they sank that splendid mystic glow
