I returned home to a mountain I couldn't enter the door Wading through flowers lain Across cards all over the floor Many must love me To have gone to such bother Although I'm dying to pee I've only just reached the knocker Perhaps next year I'll set up Valentine online Saving rainforest my dear From the ridiculous to the sublime Hope you are not expecting Anything in return & these cards and flowers Are beginning to turn But thanks very much for all the great expense As I open one, Xyore asks, Where's your common sense?! They never left the sender & everyone thinks you're dense All saw you write each one Right there on your fence |
