I know the book, but Rainmaker writes in a slightly eccentric, enigmatic way, goes with the avatar though, so, erm. Like to know more.
i'm not sure i'm using this correctly, go read the blog i've posted, the point is we humans have a blindness to the obvious, he so correct and with all measument devices we cannot predict the black swan, when it arrives and it does, we then rationalise it afterwards e.g. he quotes from the invention of the wheel 6000 years ago and then the invention of flight, public airlines for decades and nillions of airmiles, only then did somebody have the bright idea of putting wheels on the bottom of your suitcase, the list is endless, and when you consider in the finace world 5 black swans have caused more loss than all the money the banks made in their history and guess what everybody keeps ingnoring it soooooo, to prove his point he puts a game/message/code in his book, then tells you hes done and nobody (apart from the urban rainmaker, yes i can explain why) has seen it in 3 years!!!
